In blue belt training you will learn…

  • Stances: Twisting with suto block – different uses
  • Moves: stepping backwards fighting stances and face chops, moving back fist jump
  • Tae Geuk O Chong – Form #5 “Wind”
  • Drills: combo with knife hand step elbow, high block side kick
  • Kicks: review side kicks, combo kicks with power and speed, introduce shuffle kicks, switch kicks for distance.
  • One steps: inventive intermediate
  • Self Defense: release and counter attack advanced
