In red belt training you will learn…

  • Moves: cross hand check block, double low suto block, support arm block with checking block, twisting upper back fist, double hand scissors block, two handed double middle block, knee strike/break, double hand upper cut, x block straight arm back fist
  • Tae Geuk Yuk Chung – Form #6 “Water”
  • Drills:  ilgop elbow strikes
  • Kicks: review shuffle, switch kicks with speed and power. Introduce jump front snap/side/round, spin side kick
  • One steps: Advanced
