In 1/2 yellow 1/2 orange belt training you will learn…
- Stances: Back stance, t stance
- Moves: outside block(t-stance), knife hand strike, palm heal strike, elbow strike, knuckle strike.
- Kicks: review of front snap kick and side kick (with power and speed) introduce round kick, crescent kick in and out
- Tae Geuk Il Chong – Form #1 “Heaven and Light”
- Drills: step block strike, step block kick
- One steps beginner, 1- challenge 2- punch – 1- ABC’s – (first 5)
- Self Defense: basic release, wrist, lapel and neck
